HSA Mission
The Albert M. Greenfield Home and School Association (the “Association”) serves as a partner to the School by engaging in activities and coordinating efforts between teachers and parents/guardians for growth, development and enrichment of students at Albert M. Greenfield School (the “School”), located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The Association also
- Fosters community between the School and parents/guardians and
- Works to raise funds to provide resources to support Greenfield’s academic mission
The Association was incorporated under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988 on April 22, 2008, and is exempt for income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

- 2009-2013 GREENING OF GREENFIELD project (a five-phase initiative that transformed the school’s building and grounds)
- 2008-2009 Purchase and installation of NEW BASKETBALL HOOP
- 2008 Addition of a CLIMBER to the schoolyard’s playground equipment.
- 2005 Renovation of the CAFETERIA (purchase of new floors and renovations)
- 2002-2003 Renovation of the SCHOOL LIBRARY (purchase of new furniture, bookshelves, etc.)
